Education

Education is the key aspect of our client service. We believe that an educated client is a satisfied client. In our initial meeting, we explain that we are tactical in nature; we explain that we have discretion to make changes as needed but are always available to discuss our current strategies, our process and describe how and why we make our recommendations and decisions. A follow-up letter is sent out to prospects and clients outlining everything that took place during these meetings.
